On our trip home, dad had a special surprise for us, as the town of Baker Creek Seeds and their little village was on the route. We were able to stop to purchase seeds for our spring garden.

green beans, and various flowers

We enjoyed a wonderful, organic, healthy lunch at the Baker Creek restaurant. That in itself was wonderful - having good, healthy food again! As we were eating, we met Jere Gettle's grandparents and enjoyed our time of sweet fellowship with them. They made us feel right at home!

"And God said,
Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed,
and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind,
whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so."
(Genesis 1:11)
